On Tuesday, one of the local Hampton Roads Tea Party groups met at Kelly’s Tavern in Hampton.� On the agenda was Carl Anderson, Chairman of the Republican Committee, as well as candidate for Congress, Chuck Smith.
After a brief introduction, Mr. Smith took the floor.� He greeted the Tea Party Patriots with, “Hello Americans!”� Chuck Smith is facing incumbent Democrat Bobby Scott in the November election for�Virginia's 3rd district congressional seat."
