| "Stop Eminent Domain Abuse" In York County and James City County
York County Petition ------------------------------------------------ James City County Petition ------------------------------------------------ There is a Virginia Constitutional Amendment on the ballot on Nov. 6th that will affect the property rights of citizens all over the Commonwealth. A vote of "YES" will protect citizens from land grabs and "close the loopholes in Virginia law that are the result of the Kelo decision". Citizens want a resolution from the Board of Supervisors. Will they go on record supporting the constitutional rights of citizens and the end to governmental land grab and abuse? We have placed two on line petitions, one for York County and one for James City County which will be presented to the Board. Please support our efforts. |
